40Dollars.com is owned and operated by Ken Skaggs, who oversees all of its day-to-day operations. Ken is a published writer (over 200 articles in print, and 400 articles on the web), a veteran web designer, and web-marketing professional. He still calls himself a student of the internet, because the internet is constantly evolving. His expertise has helped dozens of web-businesses reach new heights.

Google Page-Rank is Key

There are a lot of factors that will determine your online success. The gage that most web marketers go by is Google Page Rank (PR). Getting other websites to link to your site (backlinks) is the best way to gain page-rank. But not just any site. You must get backlinks from a quality site, one that has decent PR and DA (domain authority). We can get those quality backlinks for you. Equally important is the number of outbound links (OBL) on the page. When we place your link onto a website, we make sure they don't have too many outbound links. (All the OBL's on a page share that link juice.)
